Thanks to the wonderful Kittyknowsthings, on my Hobbit fic An Unexpected Landing. As anyone who has followed me for awhile knows, it is super easy to get me to post more of what I'm writing. This is another of my Hobbit fanfics. It's unfinished. I was going to post it on Tumblr, but then I realize even this first section is almost 5,000 words. The entire thing is almost 11,000 words long, and I'm not done. When did it get so long? It's set in modern times, but all the races and cultures of Middle Earth exist.

EDIT: I just started reading the PWP. I wrote Ken/Digimon Emperor PWP. Why do I not remember this? And why did I stop? ;_;

I'm transcribing out of my notebooks so I can finally get rid of some of them. Otherwise I'll cart these around forever. Today, I have transcribed a bit of Young Avengers AU. I think this was eventually going to be House of M, but I'm not 100% on that.

One notebook down, about a dozen or so more to go. Maybe I'll fish out one of the HS or undergrad notebooks next.

Did 1067 on Fiercest of Them All, which I would swear up and down I've posted, but damn if I can find it. So here's some of it, which I didn't write tonight and which needs to be beaten with a editing stick.

Also, no one else may realize it now (or even when I complete this), but my terrible sense of humor led me to call the main character Jonas. Every time I see it, I groan inside. Maybe when I'm done with this story I'll explain why.

HAH! I managed to finish something. It's a rough draft (I need to beat this with an editing stick) but it's complete. I actually have some of the next part written in a notebook. Just need to type it up.

I actually had the idea for this story several months ago and finally found a beginning I'm happy with. I would talk about the plot, but that would spoil it entirely. Let's just say my weird sense of humor is very evident in this and leave it at that.

I had completely forgotten I'd written so much of this idea until I was flipping through a notebook looking for an empty page. Of all the Young Avengers, I always feel like I have the hardest time getting Teddy's character right. I feel like I have a good grasp of everyone else, but just can't seem to get Teddy quite right. This is the only thing I've written where I didn't get that feeling so I'm really proud of it.

Now I just have to convince myself that I won't screw his characterization up if I write more of it. -_-

I will swear up, down, and sideways I've already posted some of this, but darn if I can find it in my memories. I probably forgot to put it there. Anyway, new first part and some more on the second. I have a really humorous scene later on that I'm working on and wanted to point this out so others would know what the heck I was talking about.

You know, one of these days, I am going to go through and tag all my entries. And then I'm going to fall over and die from the overdose of OCD.

A bunch of story fragments from different files. I'll have <2 pages of a story (or sometimes just a paragraph or two) and I'll realize its not close enough to what I see in my head. Or the characters aren't right. Or I just forget where I was going with it. Or I wander off to something more interesting/cohesive. So here are some fragments.

After some digging, I found that I'd posted an earlier bit of this story here. It's the second story listed. For some reason I decided to write one of the later scenes. All you really need to know is that stuff happens between this scene and the previously posted part.

ravensghost asked "What ever happened to that romance writer and his dragon?" Huh. Was there any more to be written on that story? I opened it up, reread the story, and wrote a few idle questions I came up with in a document. One really struck me.

Why is it called Wyvern's Rest?

WHUMP! Attacked by plot bunnies. I wrote a snippet and then saw the train wreck coming. It promises to be interesting.

"Your protection? From who? From what?" Billy asked. Teddy refused to answer. "Wonderful. You mean you're not some hot, lone kidnapper who goes around seducing men before kidnapping them?"

I cannot believe I just said that.

Silence. Teddy cleared his throat. "Actually... you're the only person I've ever really seduced."

"Oh," Billy said. "Well... um... that's good to know."

"So... you think I'm hot?" Teddy knew he was blushing, but he was no where near as red as Billy was.

"Can we pretend I never said that?"

Okay, I have got to get some paperwork done and in the mail tomorrow. However, I had to share what I have of this because I just could not stop laughing while writing it.

To celebrate getting back on the internet, I bring you a DEPRESSING AS HELL STORY. I actually started this for a

snail_mail_porn challenge and then went "I can't send this to someone. It's too depressing." So I wrote Writing Fairytales instead. I mentioned this story to

maderr and

starparty over the weekend. Which of course meant that I had to dig up the notebook and type it out.

This is about half of what I have written on it. It's not complete because I needed to do some research. Strangely enough, the ending is already written. It's just the middle that needs to be finished.

Here is a good section of the zombie story. This is all the part I want to keep (with possibly a slight rewrite). I actually have two more pages of this, but I think I'm going to cut it out and start from just after where this part ends. It keeps trying to take on a life of it's own to turn into some grand epic. I keep reminding it that it's a story about zombies at Christmas. I have a feeling this story and I will come to a compromise (meaning, I'll win in the end).
