Irony is the Shackles of Youth

Well, I have started writing something totally because I want to. And you know what? I'm rather happy with it even if no one else cares about this character. It's het which I haven't done in quite some time. Set in the Witch King Universe (I'm still waffling about the title).

I need a generic writing icon for those few times when I'm not working on yaoi. ^^;

Proof that I am working on something (even though this much was written almost two months ago). If I can get the next scene done this week, I can call this part complete. I'm seriously thinking of splitting this into two series, Witch King and Wild Witch, because technically Amick is no longer a Witch King. It makes sense because then I could put an ending on this series and have the next series focus on the what happens now. Like Amick meeting Nyx's family. And really, doesn't that deserve it's own series? I'd be interested to hear what other people think.

Until then, here is the first bit of part four. I'll work on the next scene as soon as I finish typing this.

Argh. I realized I contradicted myself on something in the third part of the Witch King. Which means I not only have to fix it in the word docs but also on my page. *grumble* At least I was able to get my glasses fixed for free.

Also I wrote 3/4 of the fourth part of Witch King. It went pretty fast. I could end the fourth part here, but I think you'd all rise up and smite me. It's not a cliff hanger but it would make this part much shorted than the other three. I think I'll see if I can add one more scene.

Maybe I'll be really evil and end if on a cliff hanger. I just had an evil, evil, EVIL idea for doing just that. WHAHAHAHAHA. Might get it done by tomorrow. That would be a nice way to start the school year. Post the fourth part of the Witch King story.

Right then. I think that's enough writing for today. I'm going to crochet for awhile and then go to bed.

HAHAHAHA. I'm so glad I never have to look at this part again. I need to read through all three parts to make sure I didn't put any glaring plot holes in it and the ending it slightly rushed. Otherwise, I don't care! Now I can move on to part four or the little side story I've had in my head forever.

I have no idea if I'll have to bump up that rating or not. We'll see as I write more.

maderr made an entry where she was basically plotting out a story idea. I love reading how people go through the thought process, and the idea was really nifty. Someone else mentioned having people do various versions of her idea. I asked if she minded if I did that, and she said go ahead.

This is the result. Even I was surprised at where my mind took the concept. I'll probably continue it tomorrow.

I should mention that this is a draft version, and I'll probably make corrections/additions as I write more on it. Still everything here is solid. The changes will be relatively minor.
