Transformers 2: Revenge of the Explosion

miome and I just got back from watching Transformers 2. That movie is made of equal amounts of win and fail. I knew that it was going to contain fail fairly early on when it showed a bunch of hunters trying to catch a tiger in the middle of a African desert. So not only did they get the environment of tigers wrong, they got the wrong continent. That's pretty much on par for the fail that's found throughout the movie. When it does fail, it fails big. At least the fail is pretty balanced out by the win. It was an okay 2 1/2 hour movie but it probably would have been a much better 2 hour movie.
Autobot or Decepticon?
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 08:59 ammiome and I will have long, serious discussions about anything. Yesterday morning, it was about whether or not her car would be an Autobot or a Decepticon. She drives a blue Prius, which, as you can see, is really more of a purpley-blue. Since the Prius is environmentally conscientious it had to be an Autobot. Because the Decepticons were all about draining the planet dry of energy in order to power themselves while the Autobots were all about conserving and living in harmony.I haven't decided if my car is an Autobot or a Decepticon. On one hand, it's a metallic blue Ford Escort that has given me a good 13 years (14 in Feb.) and never complains when I ask it to say drive across several states over mountains loaded with up with crap. On the other hand, random shit breaks on it All. The. Time. Usually not when I'm making a really important drive, but when I'm just going about my daily routine. Sometimes I swear the damn thing is laughing at me. It's always been like that.
So here is the question: is your car an Autobot or a Decepticon? Why?

a) She wins the lottery, gets $3.5 million, and doesn't have to worry about money for the rest of her life.
b) The water heater dies an ignoble death, flooding her back yard all night long and her land lady is incognito meaning the NC apartment has no water all day long and may continue to not have water for the foreseeable future.
c) She dragsmiome to see the Transformers movie and keeps doing the happy dance in her seat because of the sheer awesomeness.
d) Both b and c.
e) All of the above.
If you picked d) you would be correct. Now I'd wished I done my laundry the first day I got here like I planned. -_-
But Transformers makes it all better. Almost. If one of the Transformers showed up at my house and became a shower, my life would be complete. Assuming he also brought along $3.5 million with him.
