I hate it when I reread something only to discover I switched spellings of a character's name half way through the first chapter. Dammit. Just fixed the error on my site and am now fixing it on Fictionpress.

At some point the spell checker changed her name to Ingrained. I was all "WTF?"

In reality, it's a variation of the name Igraine (http://www.behindthename.com/name/igraine).

I actually met several Welsh girls named Igraine! Although they usually spelled it Eigyr. ^^;;

I have enough problems typing out "Ingraine" correctly. I can't imagine what would happen if I tried for the original Welsh spelling. I'd probably wind up with a character named Eighty or Egypter.
