Spanish help

Okay, this morning I randomly got a private message sent to me on Gaia with the following Spanish in it:

TODOS LOS SANTOS COMENTE BESTE MASTE!

About the only word I get in that is "todos" which is "all." So the sentence to me read "all something verb adjective something." Yeah, my Spanish is real good. I can go so far as to recognize one word and identify some as different the parts of speech. Translating on-line produces the usual garbage.

Anyone want to translate? I just deleted it off but I'd like to know what some random person said to me. Apologies if I've somehow put up something very heinous and vile (let me know and I'll lj-cut it).

Hmm...

"Todos los santos" would be "all the saints". However, I don't believe "comente beste maste" is Spanish - or at least, no Spanish I ever heard.

Now it would be funny to find out that the sentence is half Spanish and half something else. I wonder if the guy who sent it to me even knows what it says?

I really do think "comente" is the verb, but I don't recognize the conjugation (assuming it's even in Spanish). "All the saints." Okay. At least we have a subject now. XD

"Comentar" would be "to comment", yes, and "comente" sounds like 3rd person, only singular. But I'm still very much baffled by it. Maybe it's just random spam?

Edit: Scratch that. I doubt it's the 3rd person form at all. (Having never formally taken Spanish, it's easy for me to be wrong.)

Oh, and "beste" is a word in Dutch, but I doubt that's going to help here. It means, unsurprisingly, "best". As in, "the best beer is heineken" that kind of stuff.

Los Santos is Saints. And 'comente' is comment. So 'All Saints Comment adjective something.'

"Todos los santos comente" would be something like "All the saints comment (or say)...." But the phrase "beste maste" is not something me or my my dad have ever heard in Spanish. "Maste" could be "mast," but that's about it.

However, in old french "beste" means "beast."

So, "All saints comment: "Beast mast!"

Maybe it's their battle cry?

I now feel obligated to say that Google translate said that maste was master. "All saints say: Beast Master!" And Now all I can think about is the movie from the early 80's where the guy runs around in a loincloth with his two pet ferrets.

I somehow doubt this is what they intended.

Google is weird. in Spanish, master would be jefe, señor, patrón, maestro, but in no case would it be maste.

Re: Beast Master, I'd rather not think about the series. though the lead was hot, he couldn;t really act that well. ^^;;;

Apparently, yes. Though I think the producers truly believed that the female public would be distracted from the fact by him walking around in what really amounted to skimpy bondage gear. The recipe worked, to some extent - as it did in 300, for that matter! (Though to my defence, I am biased towards Gerard Butler and thus liked 300 more. But there was also more eyecandy, so... yeah.)

I loved that movie too (poor man's He-Man indeed). Hell, I even saw the next two movies (terrible, terrible things) and then tracked down the book that it was "based" on. I use quotation marks because the book was by Andre Norton, was sci-fi, and the only similarity between in and the movie was the animals were mostly the same and the main character could talk to them.

Wait a minute. There was a third movie? How did they get the money for that after the second one bombed?

I am ashamed to say that I would be very happy to see the second movie come out on dvd. Kari Wuhrer was incredibly cute to me in that one.

Beastmaster III (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112469/) in all it's made for TV glory. I think I've seen just a little bit of it. It was pretty bad. Though I don't remember if it was as bad as the second one.

Todos los santos = All the saints (good job you guys!)
If comente is Comentar than it's in Udsted Command/Imperative form = comment (command)
Beste is not best, el mejor = the best
I'm totally lost on maste. I just looked it up and mastar/master not a verb.

To me the first half looks spanish and the second half looks Italian.

I'm beginning to think it's two different languages as well. Though between everyone the phrase "All the saints command the beast master" sounds like something that winds up in a random phrase book between languages. Kind of like knowing how to say "Do not lick that frog. It is hallucinogenic." in Japanese.
