Stair skiing in the New Year

Well, I just managed to slide down the stairs. Only injuries are that I scraped my knuckles and broke a nail. Just jittery from the adrenaline. I'm sure that I'll feel any bruises tomorrow though.

I think I'll wait till I stop shaking before I go back upstairs and do some more cleaning.

Ack, what a way to start the year. *hugs* Ibufprofen and a hot bath or shower might help head off some of the aches.

I found another injury: I scraped off a layer of skin down the side of my arm. Otherwise I'm fine. Not even sore really. All I have to say, is at least this time I wasn't carrying a vacuum.

I had nothing to drink (in fact, I don't like the taste of alcohol so I don't drink). Nothing to blame but my own clumsiness.

So far I'm stiff in my shoulder today, but no additional injuries to be found. I think I got off easy.

Yeah, I'm fine. Just scrapes and a few bruises. That'll teach me to get distracted half way down the stairs.
