tsaikoWe have a counter offer, which has been reviewed, signed, and sent back to the agent.
Now we have to do the ELBENTY BILLION THINGS required before we can actually say we've bought the house.
And another fun clause from the paperwork. If the house is located near a golf course, then minor damage from use of the golf course (like say, errant golf balls) is to be expected.
