Curiouser and curiouser

Things I have found while doing an Adopt-a-Highway clean up:

- Social Security card
- Military ID, expired (but with SSN)
- Bank statement
- Tax return (again, with SSN)

And people wonder why identity theft is so prevalent. -_-

What I want to know is how did people lose those things along the highway?

All I can think of is stuff blowing out of open windows as people drive, but those seem like odd things to have blow out of your car window. O.o
