Oh my god, the underside of my boob itches like burning and I have already scratched one area raw with my fingernails so I can't scratch it any more but it itches. IT ITCHES. And I am not looking forward to having to wear a bra today.

Cortisone cream and band aid.

I've done that, though not the scratching til it bled part. I have heavy boobs that will rest the skin below if I'm not wearing a bra. It's like a combination acidic skin and heat build up for me, I think. Shower and drying really well. Didn't use powder but maybe that would help. Bra is cotton/microfiber so that was helpful too.

Of course this all depends what's causing the problem.

The itching did go down after taking a shower and I've been careful to keep that area dry and disinfected. My skin is so sensitive that it could be any number of things from what you described to it suddenly deciding that the detergent I use is too harsh.

I do wear cotton bras so that's already helpful. Most likely I just scratched too hard and irritated that area. Thank you for the suggestions. I might try the powder if it continues to be irritated.
