Oh, no, they mean Microsoft Access. They wouldn't know a SQL query if one came up behind them and whacked them with a clue-by-four.

There are companies who have managed to design user interfaces into their Access databases.

What's really sad is they listed four different "programming languages" and only one of the four was actually a programming language (Java). I was willing to give them SQL even though that's a query language, because that's close enough that most non-computer people aren't going to know the difference. But HTML and MS Access were just no.
