On further reflection, I think this might be part of a sinister master plan.

Hear me out: if people buy this line of BS, next year she'll claim that women can't HAVE sex either, and then it's non-stop mansex from Sacramento to Sydney.

Well, I think she does have a point by way of men and women writing porn so very differently (and sometimes not, of course). And the way women write porn might not match the style of her magazine. But to go so far as to say that women can't write porn at all... that's just stupid, or possibly intentionally bad publicity. Maybe she's got a shortage of female writers and is trying to challenge them into submitting stories?
