Adobe Illustrator is a product of Satan. SATAN. How in bloody hell do I turn the lock to grid feature off?

ARRRRRRGH.

EDIT: Thanks Adobe. Because of course the first place I'd look for a grid feature is under View. Not.

EDIT 2.0: OMG, this program goes down more often than a $2 whore! I didn't think any program could crash faster, harder and more often than ArcGIS.

I don't know from Illustrator, but it might be the same as in Elements, hold up a second I will check the process and let you know.

Thank you. Though after cursing at the help page for about five minutes, I managed to find out where it was.

Of course it makes perfect sense to put the lock to grid feature under "View." Not. -_-

Ah okay. I just remember it frustrating the piss out of me too. There may have been cursing involved as well. asldkfja;kj

Adobe, you really could make this easier on everyone you know.

Tell me about it. I can do Photoshop pretty well, but my experience with Illustrator was limited to producing a poster with much cursing. And of course, work decides that they OMG NEED to have this file done in Illustrator. Never mind that I can do the same thing with my GIS software in half the time.

At least they are paying for the privilege of meaning learning how to do this.
