Tsaiko: So Billy doesn't realize that Dorrek and Teddy are the same...
Miome: Wait. We are not going all Jem and the Holograms on this.
Tsaiko: *cracks up laughing*
Miome: I like Jem. I like Jessica. Waah... my life is so hard.
Tsaiko: Would that make Teddy Jem?
Miome: I think he'd be Jessica actually. Dorrek is Jem.
Tsaiko: You know, he already has the earrings and everything.

I would like to say that this conversation was unusual for us. But it's not. XD

I never liked that show, but my sister loved it. And since I wanted a chance to watch the cartoons I liked, I had to let her watch some of hers. Although I did get the benefit of teasing her about Jem and the Holograms years later when we discovered a VHS tape of one of the shows. It's still terrible, but now she realizes it as well!

Gah... now I have that theme song stuck in my head.

I went back and watched an episode of Thundercats. It was awful... and I still kind of want to find more episodes to watch.

Now that's the one that kind of disappointed me. Maybe because I saw more Thundercats as a child than I managed to get ahold of Jem? But Mikey and I have been collecting the Thundercats DVD releases, and... well... I can't usually sit through more than an episode or two at a time. >.>;

I can still sit through all of the Rainbow Brite movie though. XD

I loved Thundercats and Jem... hm, perhaps leaving it in the past is a good plan.

Xanadu was my big disappointment. I'm not sure I need any more. Though, I'd still like to see Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger and Popeye (with Robin Williams) again. Technically I can watch them anytime I want... I have them both on beta. ^_^
