Renaming my car the Ice Bucket.

Several months ago, the fan in my car died. This means that while I do get heat and AC in my car, it's not actually blown out. During the summer my car is stifling. I usually just roll down the window. During the winter, it's freezing. I usually just wear an extra layer.

I have to scrape all the frost off my car by hand since I can't rely on the heater to melt it. Today I learned something new: when your windows are cold, your breath will freeze to the windows and cover it with a layer of frost on the inside.

Dammit. I'm going to have to wait until the sun comes up before I can drive my car. -_-

Yeah, that happened to a friend's car. She drove around with a hand towel (mine, actually) wiping off the frost as it appeared. Not really a totally safe plan, though...

This might sound crazy, but I wonder if there are such things as battery powered hairdriers.... that cold at least help the breath frost thing.

And would be soooooo satisfying, shooting the fog away!
