Finished final project a week ahead of schedule. I don't have to go to class next week. That's good considering on Wed. I'm going to New york City with [livejournal.com profile] miome and my family for vacation. Don't know how relaxing it will be since I have to keep my girlfriend from killing my family and my family from annoying the crap out of my girlfriend.

Also, I have been so incredibly tired these last few weeks. It's not like I haven't been sleeping or anything. I just keep dreaming right up until the alarm goes off and then dragging the rest of the day.

Finally, I just got the electric bill. $193. ;_;

I'm sure they'll get along great! ...I hope. Good luck, nonetheless. And have fun. I spent a day at the Met with cramps from Hell looking at urns. That sums up my NYC experience.

Um... that's not from the AC, is it? That's a crazy bill! Or several months worth? Please say yes.

Last time we went to Boston, it was okay (although my family drove both Miome and I bonkers at times). I'm hoping that NY goes better. I do plan on going to the Met minus the urns and cramps. I hope. ^^;

Most of the bill is from the AC (and alas, it is for one month). It's been warm AND we had the door open two Sat. (meaning it took longer for the AC to recool the house) AND the AC stopped working twice in there and had to be run constantly 48 hours to be repaired. So yeah, that's where that came from.

Oh! Amid the crampiness, I recall walking past a room that was dim and cool and called to me, but I was not able to do more than peek, or risk losing the group and failing the class. (we were being tested on pics of the urns... name, date, country... we were all busily drawing. hm, bet everyone just uses camera phones, now...) Anyway, the room was an indoor Japanese Garden and it looked so lovely... That was 10 years ago, but I hope it is still there!

That sucks... I don't even have AC, and still have a down comforter on my bed. But, I bet my oil bill in the middle of winter would kill people ded.

I don't know if we even can. My sister and mom have planned most of this, and they are not forthcoming on the "What are we doing each day?" front. Besides which, both of them want me to spend time with them. I'm not sure I'm going to have time.

Okee-dokie. If nothing else, you could always drop by on the PATH and we could watch anime or something if you need to get away, it's a pretty quick trip.

Well, AC is almost a necessity down in the South. We had 98 degree weather, but because of the humidity, it felt closer to 105. Right now we're averaging in the mid to lower 90's with 100% humidity. It's nasty.

Who am I?
