Happy blow stuff up day!

tsaikoLast night was the annual "Are we going to set the field on fire?" festival at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
postaljen's house. Once again, we managed to not set the field on fire. I don't know if that means we succeeded or failed, but the fireworks were pretty. Also the cows in the field next to us are probably traumatized for life.
After the fireworks, we all went into the house and talked until 11pm. That putmiome and I getting home after midnight. Slept for eight hours and then got up to get ready for the picnic. We had splurged on the good stuff. That is, we went to the local Earthfare and bought NY cheddar, good roast beef, and bread with sunflower seeds in it. The picnic was at the local art park where we ate, lazed around, and then finally got too hot.
Now I'm at home and cooling off. In fifteen more minutes, I will start finishing the second part of the Witch King story.
