At 8:10am, one of the workers rang the doorbell because they need to the door open while they replace the door frame on the townhouse. I'm barely decent (shirt and pajama pants) and miome was still in bed. Two minute cat wrangling (I literally just picked up Nadia, put her in Miome's room, then came back down and did the same for Kira). Nadia was too shocked to struggle much. Kira tore my shoulder up pretty good with her claws as I tried to get her upstairs. Ow. Still, they're both in Miome's room now.

Not the kind of Saturday morning I was hoping for. o_O

We put the cats in the room because we don't want them bolting out the open door. Not that they want to approach the worker hammering away, but cats sometimes do stupid things when they panic. Like run away.
