No understanding

I will never, ever understand this.

I just got an email from someone who either found me through my site or maybe through FF.net (I can't link to my FF.net account because - surprise! - FF.net is being a bitch). It was one of my Digimon stories. I don't know which. They didn't say. Just one of the ones I wrote featuring Davis/Ken (which is practically all of them).

I deleted the email before I made this post. The whole fact someone sent me it was just to ridiculous for me to want it to take up any room in my inbox. Then I decided to write about it (and am now kicking myself for deleting the email -_-). The gist of it was "I read your stories. I don't like Davis/Ken or Ken/Davis. Why don't you write a pairing I like to read?"

Dear Random Email Person,

Um... excuse me? Why did you feel the need to email me this? Do you think I particularly care about what pairing you like to read? Because I assure you, I don't. In fact the entire ocean couldn't hold how much I don't care.

Here's a hint: if you don't like Davis and Ken as a pairing then don't read stories labeled Ken/Davis. All of my stories are labeled. I assume you can read... no wait. That might be my problem. I shouldn't assume anything when it comes to people like this.

Seriously, I don't like a lot of stuff I read on the internet. Sometimes I read it anyway. You know what? I never think to send them an email to the author complaining about the fact that I read their story and it wasn't good, not unless the story is falsely labeled. Why? Because I made the choice to read it. No one forced me. No one held a gun to my head. And if it's labeled for a pairing I can't stand (like one involving Muraki from YnM), then I don't read it. SHOCKING!

In conclusion, your little email has inspired me to dig out my old notebooks and type up all the Davis/Ken stuff I never finished. I'm going to put it up just for you. I hope you'll enjoy.

Hugs and Kisses,
Tsaiko

I just stumbled across a Celtic fairy tale with similar themes as Snow White, only it contains a threesome. o_O

When I'm done with the Halloween [livejournal.com profile] snail_mail_porn story, I am so writing a retelling of this.

Who am I?
