Is this week over yet?
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 06:58 amI had a brother-in-law for less than 24 hours and I managed to lose the keys to his car. Luckily, after much frantic searching, I managed to find the keys. Thank goodness. It also helped that I accidentally left the back unlocked allowing me to assure myself that they were not in the car.
Work is beginning to panic as they realize that on May 31st, I am leaving. For good. Everyone in the office has basically started saying "Before you go, show me this." How about before I go, I show my replacement? Oh wait! They aren't going to replace me before I go. They're going to wait till after I'm gone and hope they get a person who does everything I do for what they're willing to pay.

In other news, packing eats my life. I feel like I don't have enough done but can't motivate myself to do more than 30 minutes worth a night during the week because I like my free nights dammit. miome's birthday. The non-secret part of her present has been ordered. The secret part of her present will be ordered today at lunch. Hee.
And that was the dryer going off. time to finish getting ready for work.
