Calmly moving fromone disaster to the next

I hadn't heard anything about my car all day. I know the night shift is the one that works on it, and they don't get in until 2pm. I still hadn't heard anything by 6:30pm so I called them up to find out about my car. They needed to order a part to fix it and they don't expect the part to be in until Wednesday, possibly Thursday. Meaning until then, I don't have a car. I talked with them twice and they insist the best they can do is give me a rental at a steep discount ($11 a day, which is dirt cheap for a rental).
I'm still not happy. I took my car in to get it repaired, they didn't do things correctly, took it back to fix and screwed it up more. Now I have to pay for transportation because of their mistakes? I wanted to keep pushing but realized I was about to start crying on the phone. So I cut the call short and cried.

I'm sick and my insurance card has not come in (despite being assured it would be here by the 1st), I'm probably going to have to go to the doctor for this cough, I have no car, I have no access to my money, and things just keep going wrong.
