I love cleared streets as much as the next person, but do the snow plows really need to go down my street every hour from 1am to 6am? Especially since they woke me up each and every time?

The first time I heard them, I didn't know what it was. I thought someone was stealing our trashcan. My half-coherent thought was "Damn. If someone managed to steal our trashcan without setting off the motion sensor on the lights, they deserve it."

The being constantly woken up by snowplows sounds sucky though. Here's hoping you get used to the noise quickly and manage to sleep through in future.
