tsaikoI am sixteen pages into this story and I have a sinking suspicion that I am only half way through. This is bad considering it's supposed to be done by the 28th. Which is the day before ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
miome gets here. Do I think I'm going to have it done by that time? Not at the rate I have been going.
This does not bode well. Note to self: email partner and ask for extension.
I am in the process of making vegetable beef soup. Once that's done (about 3:30) I'm going to see if I can find some barstools. That way when Miome gets here, we'll have some where to eat dinner until we can find a table.
Finally, I have found the promised land. Not only does the grocery store I go to open every day at 6am every day, meaning I can do my shopping at a ridiculous hour on Sunday morning, but it also stocks Stewart's sodas. Including diet root beer and grape soda. This is a GOOD THING.
Now, to get some more writing done until it's time to go shopping.
