Geology works!

At least my "Oh shit!" earthquake skills are still up to par. Building started shaking and I immediately ran for a doorway. Too bad the door in it was locked. Sigh. Definitely don't want to ride out another major earthquake on the top floor of an office building again.
I think I had enough adrenaline for one afternoon.
EDIT: HA! I knew if I looked long enough someone would identify the fault line (or cluster) that spawned it instead of the standard "It could be one of many" bullshit the USGS says about every quake that's not on the West Coast. Spotsylvania Fault is the most likely culprit, which puts it squarely in the central Virginia seismic zone.
Bet you didn't even know Virginia had a seismic zone. Obviously small earthquakes, and occasionally large ones, do happen in central Virginia.
I am now gleefully reading about geology.
