Because every time I got into bed, my first thought was "Man, I need a mattress that is comfortable on my knees and has built in handles." Okay, no, I didn't. But obviously someone did.

Well, there's sex swings and bondage benches and so on, I guess a mattress makes sense - and you can sleep comfortably on it afterward!
